We offer both hourly and contract rates to suit your needs.

Contract Rates:

Choose either 8, 16, or 24 hours per month and receive a reduced design rate.
Build your image assets with Adobe Stock images. Receive 1 to 4 per month depending on your contract level.
Save on computer and software costs. We always have the most up-to-date version of Adobe Creative Suite.
Enjoy low flat rate shipping on printing, with one shipping fee waved each month.
Receive prioritized service as your time is reserved.

Design Process

We start the design process by sending you a simple design questionnaire. You can fill it out and return it by email or simply relay your project information via phone or online meeting. If you are in Calgary, we can arrange to meet in person as well.
Next you will receive a quote that can be accepted with email confirmation.
All projects include up to 3 rounds of revisions. It is always our goal that you are completely happy with the final design.
Upon email confirmation that your project is approved for print and final payment, we will send your order to print and it will be delivered to you directly.

Non-contract graphic design services are provided at a rate of $50/hour.
Contract graphic design clients are invoiced at the applicable reduced rate if their monthly hours are exceeded. Tier one is $43.75/hour, tier two is $40.63/hour, and tier three is $37.50/hour. Hours are notified in advance.
The use of additional Adobe images is also available at an additional cost.

Printing Information

Design projects are printed through VistaPrint, Printful, and Lulu Publishing.
We receive a reseller discount so you are not paying more than if you were to order direct and we are compensated for the time to coordinate.
We also send you the digital files if you prefer to handle the printing.
All printing costs are due in advance. Once you have approved the project, we are not liable for any omissions or errors, though we always do our best to avoid any mistakes.
Print and shipping costs are quoted in advance.

Prices are in $CDN and GST (5%) will be added to your total.
Non-contract clients pay 50% to start the design process and the remaining 50% upon final approval.
Contract payments are due by the first of each month.
Payment types accepted are PayPal, e-transfer, cheque, or direct deposit (in certain cases).
